Helen Saunders from North London, has been lucky enough to win a retreat place in Turkey with Jason Vale, after a clip of her rebounding wowed judges in the Juice Master Extreme Rebounding competition.
The Extreme Rebounding Competition was created after Jason Vale released a free 5 minute Extreme Rebounding workout online, which has been watched by thousands of people worldwide.
The competition asked rebounding fans all over the world to submit 10 second clips of them rebounding somewhere cool, interesting, funny or next to a landmark. Out of all the entries the judges were so impressed by Helen’s efforts to take a rebounder into the heart of the West End of London, she was awarded 1st place and an amazing prize of a retreat place in Turkey with Jason Vale.
Helen who is married with two children, got into rebounding after finding them on juicemaster.com and is thrilled to have won, “It’s fantastic, I really couldn’t believe it!. I have my rebounder positioned in the middle of the front room so have no excuse not to use it! Every time I go into the room I have a quick bounce.”
“I’ve been juicing for about two years now, I love the clarity of thought and cleanness of mind and body after a 7 day stint so much, that I’ve incorporated juicing into my daily life.”

All the clips entered into the competition are soon to be turned into a youtube viral video of people rebounding all over the world. It’s an attempt by Jason Vale, to show how global the exercise phenomenon has become. Jason also wasn’t satisfied only allocating one prize.
“We have to award runner up prizes too as there were so many good entries,” said Jason. Second and third place went to Simon Faulkner Barrett and Irina Gluschenko who have won a signed copy of the Funky Fresh Juice Recipe book.

Helen will be flying off this September to join Jason for a week in the mountains at his Turkish retreat. Helen will be experiencing one of the most breathtaking rebounding platforms in the world (pictured below), with sunset views of the Turkish mountains. “I can’t wait to go, all the reviews I’ve read have been wonderful” said Helen.
Jason Vale’s boutique mountain juice retreat has been running since 2006 and provides a week of juicing, relaxation, yoga and fitness activities in the picturesque mountains of Southern Turkey. The 2012 season has been highly popular which has lead Jason to start building a new, bigger retreat in Portugal called The Juicy Oasis that’s set to open in 2013.
