Chocoholic Britain

In the Daily Express it reports that 6 in 10 Britons eat chocolate or crisps every day, ignoring health warnings that we are now the fat capital of Europe.

They go on to say “With nearly one in four adults overweight – twice the EU average – health experts say 60 per cent of men, half of women and 25 per cent of children will be obese by 2050. Yet a new study found 64 per cent of us admit to eating at least one or two chocolate bars a day and 59 per cent own up to consuming a bag or two of crisps.”
